Before Greg Landweber's Kaleidoscope and Aaron was this neat control panel that let you change various interface elements such as cursors, scrollbars, and windows. I was contacted by Cliff Joyce to get some screen shots of X11 displays so he can create the same look and feel on the Mac. The next release featured a Motif window manager option. His company moved from Southern California to Oregon a few years ago. They're still in business making Mac software.
