I had an older DiskTop 1.X disk, but I threw it away when CE Software (now called Prairie Group) upgraded me to version 4.0 (shown here). As a Mac newbie, I was afraid to touch ResEdit and used this utility to find my invisible files and to change types and creators. It also allowed a pre-System 7.0 machine to look at file attributes not normally accessible. DiskTop is still alive at version 4.5.2, and is MacOS 8 compatible.
