Third Wave Computing (they were in business as late as 1995) sold RAM SIMMS. I upgraded my SE/30's memory from 1 Mb to 5 Mb for $300 from these folks. $75 per Mb was a pretty good deal in 1990. Along with the SIMMS, they sent along this Hypercard-based address book, well before HyperCard came with one built-in.
