I got this package when I purchased by SE/30. However, PixelPaint first came out in 1987 with the introduction of the Mac II. Surprisingly, it has remained stable as I upgraded Mac system software multiple times, finally breaking under System 7.1 In the mid 1990's, it was sold by SuperMac** to Pixel Resources, Inc. The program is currently unsupported. A recent Evangelist message says that PP questions be sent to pixelpaint@beinfinite.com. SuperMac went out of business and the "SuperMac" moniker was bought by UMAX, who itself exited the MacOS market in 1998.
