By 1988, Macintax by SoftView was the dominant tax preparation software on the Mac. Many of us were dismayed when SoftView was bought out by Intuit. For many years, they kept the Macintax name, but in the last 3-4 years, it has been called TurboTax. Image courtesy of rodiet.
